How to Apply

If you would like to know more about Belmont Co-op, please contact us by phone at 617-489-3259, or by email at admissions@belmontcoop.org. An Admissions committee member will respond to any questions that you may have about Belmont Co-op and arrange for a school visit. Please plan on visiting the school beginning in the fall of the year prior to enrollment. Children are welcome on these individual tours. We also hold two open houses annually, in October and January.

Applications for new students for the 2012-2013 school year are processed on a rolling basis, in the order they are received.  Enrollment is determined as space is available, with consideration given to balancing classes by gender and age.  Each application will be reviewed and the family notified of acceptance within a timely manner.  When a class is full, a waitlist will be established.

Tuition for the 2011-2012 school year:

*There is also a $250 enrichment fee for all classes.

Belmont Co-op admits students without regard to race, cultural heritage, religion, political beliefs, disability, sexual orientation or marital status of parents.

Age Requirements

2-Day class

The two day program is designed as an introductory program for children who are  2 years 9 months by October 31st up to 3 years 6 months. Children who will go on to spend another year in preschool before attending kindergarten are eligible for this program.

3-Day class

Open to children who will be 3 years old by September 1st of the year they will be entering school.

4-Day class

Open to children who will be 4 years old by September 1st of the year they will be entering school.
